The six weeks
Week 01
Kickoff, directors and team discovery
- Kickoff call, 30 min, with your directors and key stakeholders
- Directors discovery, 60 min, where the one measurable outcome gets agreed
- Team discovery, 45 min each with three of your people, on their own screens
- Access and governance setup, 45 min, with your IT provider
- Behind the scenes we configure the workspace and start connecting systems. Your IT consent started the day you signed.
Done when the outcome is signed, the workspace is live with your people in it, and we have the access we need.
Week 02
Plan presented. Workspace configured. Tools connected.
- Plan and architecture presentation, 120 min, with your directors, champion and anyone you want in the room
- Your architecture presented back to you already built, not on slides
- All six weeks dated, with a named deliverable against each
- The list of five skills and three automations, agreed with you by name
Done when you have signed off the skill and automation list, and seen the thing working.
Week 03
Workshop one, foundations. Five skills live.
- Workshop one, 120 min, your whole team hands on in your live tools
- Five skills live, built by us, on your templates and in your voice
- Core tools connected, read only first, and accuracy checked against the source
- Everybody in the room produces something real on the day
Done when every person in the room has built something that ran.
Week 04
Workshop two, building. Three automations live.
- Workshop two, 120 min, your people building on what we built
- Three automations live, running on a trigger with nobody starting them by hand
- Your own team building their own skills, on top of the five
- Company knowledge live and populated
Done when the automations have run on their own and your people have each built something of their own.
Week 05
Workshop three, automating. Director dashboard live.
- Workshop three, 120 min, your team automating a process end to end
- Your director dashboard live, off connected data
- What to do when something breaks, practised rather than explained
Done when a process runs end to end without anyone starting it, and your directors have the dashboard.
Week 06
Client handover. Roadmap.
- Handover, 90 min, with your directors and champion
- The runbook. What exists, how it runs, how to change it.
- Your skill and prompt library, handed over
- Your twelve month roadmap, and everything owned by you

- We fix anything we built that breaks, including re-pointing a connector when a system changes
